Scope Of Work
Great Harvest Bread Company opened at 1701 Allied Lane in McIntire Plaza on June 3, 2011 following a 2421 SF interior renovation. Artisan’s design team began planning the transformation in January, which required converting a previous t-shirt print shop into an inviting bakery store.
The open floor plan includes a new flour mill room, a free standing services wall, an office and restroom. The design included unique light fixtures, corrugated metal, recycled glass countertops, resilient floors and an open ceiling to create a very light, lofty, and clean feeling space.
The project was delivered on schedule and under the projected budget. The young entrepreneurial owners were so satisfied with Artisan’s work to create their first bakery, that they didn’t hesitate to call us in to help with an addition on their personal residence.
