Audrey is a civil engineering graduate with a broad background of construction means and management practices, including field and office experience for commercial and residential projects.

She has over 20 years of professional construction experienced in the roles of: Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator, Scheduler, Field Engineer, and more.  

Still wearing many hats, she is proud to be the Vice President at Artisan Construction as well as a wife and mother of three young boys.

Dick brings a wealth of experience , having served as an Owner's Representative, owned his own construction company, Project Manager and as an Executive in the local construction community.
With over 35 years of construction experience, Dick enjoys working closely with clients in a negotiated design build process that ensures the Owner understands how their dollars are spent providing the best value in an open and transparent process.
Dick has serves as Chairman of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia and Miller School and was a member of Leadership Charlottesville 2013. In his free time, he enjoys the easy life at Lake Anna with his wife and dogs.
 

Paul has been involved in estimating and project management on a variety of projects during his years at Artisan Construction and beyond.  In addition to serving as our President, he is thoroughly versed at working within the University community.  He has led our project team successfully for many of our industrial and medical clients in the past.

Christine joined the Artisan team over 15 years ago.  Her initial role involved general administrative work, accounting and human resources. Over the years, Christine's responsibilities have evolved into assistant project manager duties writing subcontracts, communicating project details with the field staff and project vendors along with processing project invoices. Her role has continued to grow as she assists the project managers with the initial set up of the project, procuring materials for the field, setting up project logs, providing schedule updates and pulling together the Project Close Out documents to ensure a through and timely project completion.

Christine lends a hand as needed with marketing, estimating, and even Project Management on small projects. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs enjoying the great outdoors.
 

Joseph joined the Artisan team in 2019 after working three years in the DC area for a pest control agency.  He'd risen through the ranks from technician to operations manager and has a keen understanding of the nuances involved with clear communication to ensure a quality project.

A desire to refocus on project management and interest in the construction industry coupled with time spent passing through on the way to/from Lynchburg brought him to look for a new place to call home here in Charlottesville.

We're excited to have Joseph on the team and are confident that his Business Administration degree with a specialization in Project Management is a virtual toolbox of knowledge that will quickly translate into a successful career as a project manager.
