Scope Of Work
Construction filed the permit for the construction of a new 3 story, 32,000 SF office building in Crozet Commons. The US Joiner Headquarters had chosen to relocate from Waynesboro to 5690 Three Notched Rd (Rt 240) and had been utilizing Artisan’s Preconstruction Services to finalize the budget and design of its new 3 Million Dollar home.
A year later, the company had occupied the top two floors of the building and plans were underway for tenant fit-outs of the lower 8100 SF of space. This project set a new architectural tone for the area boasting features such as patios w/ pergolas, “brise soleil” metal vanes, and biofilter collection of the parking area to provide energy efficiency, environmental awareness, and workplace enjoyment.
