JTR Constructors, Inc. is a 13 year old, Houston-based General Contractor focusing in the wastewater treatment, water purification and water desalination industry.  As a general contracting company, our business is the construction of new plants, expansions to existing plants, rehabilitate existing plants and perform maintenance and repair services to these facilities.

Our experience and expertise enables us to take projects from the conceptual/design phase through the finished construction phase. Whether it’s a lift station, water treatment plant, general repair, expansion to an existing facility or even just some routine maintenance, JTR uses a team approach.
