Jeff is responsible for oversight of all HHCI project operations. As a lifelong construction professional, Mr. Geist earned his 43 years of civil construction experience through a variety of positions including Laborer, Operating Engineer, Foreman, Estimator, Operations Manager, General Manager and Vice President. Over his career, Jeff has managed heavy highway projects, large-scale commercial site & infrastructure developments, design-build manager w/ procurement exceeding $325M, industrial services, wet utility installation, HMA plant & quarrying operations, high-production asphalt paving, concrete paving, large scale earthquake & fire recovery operations, pump stations and dam & reservoir construction.
