Scope Of Work
The Naval Exchange Building Renovation design build project at Point Mugu Naval Air Station, California, for the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command provided modernization to a 55,480 SF complex featuring a retail market, restaurant, bank, offices, bowling alley, fitness center, and barbershop. The NEX complex serves approximately 2,600 customers on a daily basis.
