Scope Of Work
After demolishing an existing structure and removing asphalt paving, Kinsley began construction of the new Wheel House Apartments complex.
Located in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, this will be the first co-living apartment building in Maryland. The five-story, mixed-use complex will include:
- Four studio apartments
- 25 additional residential units that include two to four dorm-like bedrooms with a shared living room and kitchen space
- An outdoor courtyard with kitchen
- Storage space for bicycles and electric scooters
- 5,600 sf of ground-level retail space
