Scope Of Work
Arias provided design-phase geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for this 300,000 sf warehouse facility. Development occurred on a 45-acre, sloping site having potential for 3 to 6 inches of movement. To reduce movements and project costs, reconditioning existing soils at a lower density and higher moisture content was used to minimize the volume of imported material.
