Scope Of Work
Arias provided construction materials testing services for Carleton Construction, Ltd. on the $36 Million project. The project is beautifully located near Durango Street and IH-37 at the gateway to downtown. The apartment complex features 245 one to three bedroom apartment homes. On April 1, 2011, Hemisview Village was acknowledged by Downtown Alliance as the “Best Downtown Residential Project.”
