Keith has over 35 years of experience in Accounting Management of which 26 years are exclusively related to the construction industry. His experience in working with engineering contractors, general building contractors, subcontractors and wholesale supply contractors adds value to the SWIMS team. Keith provides a “hands on” approach to all of the management and financial accounting issues at SWIMS.

Ric is considered a pioneer in the Storm Water Management industry and has been labeled the “Storm Water Expert”. He is also an accomplished and respected Superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience. Ric built SWIMS on three factors; honesty, integrity, and building relationships. Today, Ric’s company serves the entire state of California and continues to grow in clients and favor. He is a dedicated leader in his community and beyond, raising his family, helping those in need, and enjoying life with his beautiful wife for over 20 years.

Since SWIMS started over 13 years ago, Ric has added several divisions beyond Storm Water Maintenance; Erosion Control, Post Construction, Dewatering, and QSP Divisions have all been added. SWIMS is a one stop shop from beginning to end of job sites.

Ric is a SWPPP Trainer, presenting workshops to General Contractors and Property Managers. He has also assisted several municipalities with education and implementation of their local storm water ordinances.

He also participated in several Caltrans projects including “Filtration Test Projects”, the “Highway 116 Project” in Petaluma, and the “Lake Forest Transportation Corridor Project. Ric is CASQA Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP #00486) CISEC #0318 Certified along with CAL/OSHA 10 Safety Certified and C2 Cal Confined Space Certified. He frequently conducts SWPPP Trainings for Commercial Developers, Construction Companies & Property Managers.

Todd manages the sales and projects in the Greater Bay Area. He has been established in the Erosion Industry for more than 13 years. He holds Envirotech NPDES and 24 hour SWPPP certifications along with being CISEC Certified. Todd has extensive experience in commercial, public and residential projects and dewatering. Eric manages sales for the Storm Water Maintenance Division in Northern California. He works closely with Property Managers and Property Owners to provide Storm Water Inspections & Maintenance for all types of properties, including Retail Centers, Office Buildings, Business Parks, Home Owners Associations, etc.

Jasson has extensive experience in managing crews, facilities and schedules. Jasson operates with great customer service and integrity for SWIMS. He works with different superintendents, site managers and project managers to provide erosion control or material for any construction site. Bernie assists our clients and performs the required weekly inspections, both written and visual (all Risk Levels) as well as REAP (Rain Event Action Plans), Turbidity and pH testing for Risk Level 2 and 3 sites. He is CISEC #0880 certified along with being a QSP #22026 and is Confined Space Certified. In addition to the weekly inspections, he also conducts the required training classes for both superintendents and sub-contractors on construction sites.
