Scope Of Work
Clifton Construction was selected by the owner to work with Nicholas Dickinson Architects to construct a 7,402 square foot urgent care medical office building in Richmond County, GA.
The structural steel frame building consists of a reinforced concrete foundation and slab on grade, a suspended concrete slab on deck and metal stud framing. The exterior features a brick veneer, EFIS, single ply roofing and aluminum storefront. One unique feature of this building is the exterior patio accessible from the second floor.
The interior scope of work included drywall, aluminum composite panels (ACM), fire protection sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and lead lined walls at X-Ray and CT Rooms.
Site work included grading, underground retention, asphalt paving, site utilities, installing a concrete curb and gutter as well as concrete sidewalks and landscaping.
