Scope Of Work

Every Harley Davidson building features a unique design. Throughout the design-build process, Clifton Construction worked closely with the Harley Davidson corporate design department to make sure that each aspect of the building aligned with their brand.

The project was intended to look like an old industrial building, challenging Clifton Construction to design this new construction to look old and established.

The first floor features a retail space and service department. The 2nd floor has offices and large conference room overlooking the sales floor with architectural handrails made from aircraft cabling. 

The site required a tremendous amount of fill in order to get the building pad ready for construction. This PEMB features a combination of split face block and horizontal metal siding. The roof is a standing seam metal roof. It also features a large canopy that resembles a cantilever structure and an acid stain concrete floor.
