Lisa began her career in the business field as an accounting specialist. In her position, she was responsible for handling accounts receivable/accounts payable and financial statements/month end reporting. Lisa transitioned to the construction field in 1996. As vice president of a construction firm, she was responsible for accounts receivable/accounts payable, human resources and payroll, office management, and financial analysis. Lisa became president of Project One in 2009. She is an integral component to the financial strength of the company.
As President, Lisa directly handles all day-to-day operations and management of the company. She helps maintain the company’s financial strength by preparing financial goals, strategies, and budgets. Other roles within the company include office manager, handling accounts receivable/accounts payable, and developing and implementing company policies. Lisa oversees all personnel, policies and procedures, and financial decisions of the company. Lisa earned an associate degree in accounting and business management from St. Cloud Business College in 1990.
