First American Maintenance Co. has been engaged in the janitorial maintenance business in Houston for over 30 years. At this time, we service over 150 locations in the counties of Harris, Fort Bend, Waller, Galveston, and Montgomery.

First American Maintenance Co. provides not only janitorial services but also a multitude of additional customer services. A few of these include special floor stripping, sealing, carpet cleaning, and applying epoxy and urethane coatings to all types of floors. We also provide re-lamping, heating and A/C filter replacements, construction cleaning, and tenant move-ins/move-outs. Pressure washing, window washing, parking lot sweeping, and policing of grounds are part of our service maintenance program. These services are made possible by having full-time, day-and-night personnel and a fleet of trucks.
