Scope Of Work

Located on a small urban site in the heart of downtown Beverly, MA, this grouping of two, three, and four-story modularly constructed buildings is visually pleasing with its series of large and small colonial structures, connected with a modern steel and glass core. The complex includes many small gathering areas, both inside and out, and contains student artist studio space in the basement. The modular construction option for this project enabled foundations to start at a more cost effective time in the schedule; thus allowing the modular pieces to be fabricated and built off site and then brought to the site for final placement. The new 30,000 square-foot residence hall is now the home to 87 students, and was delivered on time and on budget.
