Randy’s construction management expertise comes from over 30 years of experience in the industry, where he has turned concepts into reality in various sectors such as academic, cultural, retail, and health care. At Windover, Randy is responsible for the overall operations of the company and contributes to every phase of our projects – from business development and estimating, to project management and field operations. As principal in charge of many of our projects, Randy is the point of contact for clients and, by cultivating team collaboration, ensures the highest level of quality is delivered. Randy is a graduate of Colby College and Northeastern University’s Executive MBA program, and volunteers as a paramedic and Field Training officer for the Holliston Fire Department. He lives in in a 200-year-old home in Holliston with his wife and two daughters.

For nearly 30 years, Stuart has transformed client’s conceptual ideas into building reality throughout New England. He cultivates teamwork and collaboration on each and every project, which has made him a trusted advisor to many clients.  Stuart has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and he lives in Newbury with his wife and three sons, where you will find him coaching along with volunteering, both locally and in Haiti.

Detail-oriented and skilled in mathematics, Ian joins our team with a wealth of estimating knowledge from his retail project experience. Formerly employed with EMJ Construction in Waltham as a Project Engineer, he enjoyed working as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at N.E. Building Supply and N.E. Build and Restore. Ian got his start in construction as a residential mason while earning his Associates of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at the New England Institute of Technology. He currently resides in Danvers and enjoys staying active in team sports year-round, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying the benefits of living near the ocean.

Drew joined the Windover team with over 20 years of experience as a carpenter and business owner.  He considers himself an outdoorsman and has a love of hunting, fishing and especially camping.  For over 10 years, he participated in competition archery and now keeps busy outside of work playing baseball and golf. Drew and his wife enjoy living in New Hampshire with their two children and two nephews.

A true construction professional, Bill brings over 20 years of experience split almost equally between field operations and project management. Bill has spent the majority of his career focused on the healthcare, education, life science, and commercial sectors. His industry knowledge coupled with his amicable personality has allowed him to develop lasting partnerships with many of the region’s leading institutions. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his active family – escaping to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire whenever they can. Bill’s passion for construction also follows him home as he enjoys jumping from one home improvement project to the next. Bill graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Construction Engineering and he lives in Wakefield with his wife, two boys, two girls, and dog Lexi.

With over 30 years in the industry and experience with masonry, carpentry, MEPs, concrete, drywall, and roofing, it is safe to say Geof brings a wealth of knowledge to each project he supervises. Born in Vermont and residing in Daytona Beach, Florida, Geof joins Windover as a traveling superintendent and has worked in 13 states across the country. Regardless of how many projects he’s completed, he always enjoys seeing how much has been accomplished from day to day, and from beginning to end. When not traveling to his next project, Geof enjoys spending time in Maine.

As a project manager, Lisa enjoys being involved in every phase of a construction project from studying drawings on paper to watching those drawings come to fruition. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, Lisa spent over 12 years at Turner Construction developing her project management skills while working in various capacities, from administrator to project engineer to project manager. She lives in Newbury with her husband and daughter and they enjoy spending time outside, whether it be running, hiking, heading to the beach, or venturing out to Plum Island.

Marc has enjoyed a long career as a Construction Supervisor managing a wide range of construction projects in the Academic/Institutional, Hospitality, and Retail markets. Formerly with Shawmut Design and Construction, Marc’s expertise overseeing teams, schedules, and safety is invaluable to Windover. Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He currently resides in Georgetown with his wife and three children.

Mark brings to Windover expertise in finish and remodeling carpentry. Before joining Windover, Mark honed his carpentry and property management skills as a Property Manager. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Mark keeps active playing soccer with an indoor soccer league in York, Maine and enjoys spending time with his family.

Before coming to Windover, Matt was employed by Howell Custom Building Group where he was initially a Senior Carpenter and ultimately, an Associate Project Manager. Matt obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hamilton College, a certificate in Studio Architecture Program (CDISO) from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, and he holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s license. Matt lives in Ipswich with his wife and children. When he’s not working on restoring his old house, he enjoys spending time at the beach and getting up to Vermont whenever possible.

Meghan joined Windover as a Project Manager after being employed with Shawmut Design and Construction. There, she advanced to become a Project Manager in the Hospitality Group. Meg graduated from Roger Williams University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Away from work you will find her enjoying her time off by practicing yoga, biking, hiking or vacationing in California. Meg and her husband enjoy DIY home improvement projects in their Bungalow home in Wakefield and spending as much time as possible with their new son.

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Sylva’s experience and technical knowledge are invaluable to the Windover team. Originally from Prague, she holds degrees in Economics and Accounting and spent most of her career at Shawmut Design and Construction as a Project Administrator and Assistant Project Manager. In her spare time, Sylva enjoys expanding her horizons through reading and travel.

Creative and with a passion for the environment, Josh has a knack for spotting details that will tell the most impactful story. As Marketing Manager, he uses these talents to create captivating narratives for proposals and marketing materials. Prior to Windover, he was part of Suffolk Construction’s marketing team for over 10 years leading national work acquisition efforts across every industry sector. Outside of the office, Josh can likely be found surfing, playing guitar, or maybe even practicing his newly-found curling skills. A graduate of Boston College and a North Shore native, Josh recently returned to his hometown of Hamilton where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Backed by 27 years of construction and accounting experience, Maryann brings the perfect blend of energy and execution to the Windover team. Constantly looking to expand her skills and stay on top of industry trends, she is an active member of the Construction Financial Management and National Notary Associations. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Maryann lives in Danvers with her children where she enjoys golf, tennis and relaxing with a good book.
