Scope Of Work

Completed in two phases over two summers, Windover performed a fast-track renovation to Gordon College’s main student dining hall and servery. Phase I, completed over two months, included new finishes, millwork and lighting for the college’s dining hall as well as the addition of a café at the school’s main athletic center.

Phase II featured the complete renovation of the main servery including the installation of new equipment and case work for nine food stations, and reconfiguration of MEP systems to accommodate the new layout. 3D laser scanning of existing MEP systems was used to validate the new design and minimize risk of utility clashes during construction. This phase was also completed on a short summer timeline of two months.

The dining hall and servery remained open during both project phases. Our team orchestrated temporary kitchen services and dining areas to accommodate this.
