Scope Of Work

In just three months, our team transformed this iconic Brookline Village grocery store into a retail banking facility. With extensive renovations to the landmark 1905 building, several key features of the original structure were incorporated into the new space including its signature transom windows and exterior masonry. Construction was performed in a highly visible and high-traffic location. It was critical for our team to manage the site and work with the community to minimize disturbance to the neighborhood and adjacent businesses.
