Scope Of Work
In the wake of Super Storm Sandy, Saker Aviation Heliport, along the East River, sustained extensive damage. BNF worked quickly to restore their normal business operations in as expeditious a manner as possible. Most important was to ensure the heliport was operational by the spring for their tourist season. The construction included: mold remediation, bathroom replacements, removal and replacement of all electrical wiring and fixtures, new flooring, fabrication and installation of all new millwork, new storefronts, new security system and new phone system. The completions of all aspects of the project were completed prior to the spring (April) deadline.
