Frank Giordano's Bio
Frank has been an integral part of the development and growth of BNF Contractors Inc. From the very beginning, Frank has provided expertise in carpentry and project management in order to establish and build the BNF brand
as a premiere Commercial Construction Company. Seeding the early formation of BNF’s success Frank brought a hands-on approach and years of experience as field operations management to develop; client relationships, project estimates, deep knowledge of building materials, as well as allocating manpower–all while working tirelessly to execute commercial builds from start-to-finish.
Frank attended New York Institute of Technology for Architectural Design before serving in the US Army. As a sergeant in Vietnam, combat infantry; Frank formed leadership skills that guided men in a war zone, created structure, and helped to build teamwork among the troops. Applying these same ethics and tenets to BNF was a matter of positive replication.
Frank has been quoted as saying, “Enduring Relationships with clients that have withstood the test of time is one of my proudest professional achievements. We have been successful for 22 years without ever advertising, all our recommendations have been by word-of-mouth. Thankfully, our reputation precedes us. It makes all the hard work and sleepless nights building BNF over the years worth it all.”
Frank continues to ensure the standards he worked so hard to uphold never fail by continuing to oversee effective business practices at BNF Contractors, as well as ensures the team members are all on the same page and apprised of one another’s project status, for effective workflow for all BNF clients.
Barbara Giordano's Bio
Over 20 years ago, Barbara built BNF Contractors like her previous successful business, from the ground up. To create an efficacious, woman-owned business in a male dominated industry Barbara coupled her entrepreneurial business savvy
with the Commercial Construction expertise of BNF’s Senior Vice President, Frank Giordano.
Using her past experience as a “Concept to Completion” business owner, Barbara employed the same goal-driven practices and client-focused services that have established BNF Contractors as a successful commercial construction company. Barbara and the BNF team ensures that with every project completed, the quality work delivered for clients solidifies BNF Contractors’ reputation in the industry as a reliable, well-oiled machine. However, Barbara is most proud of the lasting relationships she has built with clients and staff.
As the president of BNF Contractors Inc., a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Barbara Giordano said, “The most important component of constructing enduring commercial builds begins with knowledgeable, tenacious, trustworthy people–like the team at BNF. With a proven track record of success, BNF Contractors demonstrates expertise in commercial construction and our team of dedicated professionals are here, day and night, to get the job done.”
Barbara continues to oversee all aspects of the company’s goals and hopes to continue to expand, build higher, and farther–all by using the same foundation of reliability and hard work, BNF Contractors established over two decades ago.
Barbara Giordano is a proud Professional Women in Construction (PWC) Member and Chief Award Winner and a member of National Association of Women in Construction.
