Project managed in all aspects of the many delivery models. Involved from the onset of the project including proposal responses and interviews, project development process, pre-construction services, oversee and assemble estimates from schematic design through completion of the construction documents. Spearhead budget reconciliation, bid packaging, value engineering items and alternates, conduct scope reviews, and award recommendations, contract preparation and execution. Construction administration responsibilities include scheduling control (Primavera), cost change control, claim resolutions, payment application review and preparation. Additionally, secure permitting, transmit and log submittals (Prolog/Expedition), process RFI's and ASI's, issuance of miscellaneous correspondences, facilitate meetings with all interested parties and decision makers including interaction with owners, owner representatives, architects as well as multiple prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, and city officials.
