Scope Of Work
Gaughan Construction has been selected as the builder for a 19,700 square foot middle school facility for the Art and Science Academy (ASA) in Isanti, MN.
ASA is a public charter school hosting grades K-8. Originally opening in the fall of 2014, with grades K-6 and adding a grade each year since then, the school body has outgrown their building.
With Gaughan Construction as General Contractor, the project is expected to be completed this fall. Early this year, the governing team made a decision to build a new building just north of the existing site where grades 5-8 will attend. The teachers and staff are excited for the expansion and the opportunity to better accommodate their current and future students.
