1980, at age 10, Patrick Gaughan got his start real estate . His career began with working odd jobs around properties that his father had developed. Over the years, Patrick’s father would have him working in learning all aspects real estate , from laborer to accounting. In 1997, he took on role Gaughan Companies.

Patrick consistently leads with integrity optimism, strategically guiding a nearly 150 employees to professional growth. He offers a straightforward, honest approach that has been foundation meaningful relationships at all levels. These relationships, along with over 20 successful years real estate investment experience, has earned him a reputation trust respect real estate industry.

Patrick is a 1991 graduate St. Mary’s University with a bachelor’s degree fields /. He is a both NAIOP MNCAR. He carries CCIM designation from Investment Institute, as well as a real estate broker’s State Minnesota. Patrick is well-known in north metro community for his success real estate his devotion to civic charitable causes. He has as a trustee St. Agnes Parish School was a board MetroNorth Chamber Commerce. He also sits on several boards, such as Chesterton Academy, Catholic Appeal Foundation, Knight Malta – Sovereign Hospitaller Order Saint John Jerusalem Rhodes Malta, is a Legatus.

John Chirhart joined Gaughan Companies in 2009. As VP of Sales and Leasing, John specializes in office, industrial, and retail properties. He has been in the commercial real estate business since 2000, and his experience encompasses all aspects of the industry from sales and leasing to development. He has an extensive track record of increasing revenues, occupancy, and income through responding to client, landlord, and investor needs.

John is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He is a past board member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), as well as a member of the Minnesota and National Associations of Realtors (MAR & NAR). He participates in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), where he has served on numerous committees. He is also an active member of ICSC and MCSC.

John’s attention to detail and understanding of his clients' needs have consistently produced exceptional results over a wide variety of projects. With a dedication to helping people achieve their goals through commercial real estate, he has built a solid referral base and long-lasting business relationships.

Tim Holter joined Gaughan Companies in March of 2017. He is currently assisting in Real Estate and Business Development and is often involved in every step of the development process. Tim’s daily responsibilities include calculating costs and income; working with city officials and ordinances; and following up with vendors, lenders, and the construction project managers.

He enjoys working with like-minded colleagues who have a vision and passion to be good stewards of development, design and architecture. The Real Estate Development team desires to invest in the core of a city and connect it to the surrounding community. Tim brings strengths to the team with problem solving, efficient time management, and anticipating and understanding the needs of his coworkers and clients.

Tim received his degree in Real Estate Property Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. With his degree and several years of job experience in property management, Tim has gained a better understanding of the real estate industry and the trends that occur.

Tom Opsahl joined Gaughan Companies in November of 2016 as a Sales & Leasing Associate. Earning his real estate license in 2002, Tom brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge and experience to our team.

Tom graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a BA in Business. With many years in the business, Tom understands the importance of research, creativity, and perseverance when it comes to the commercial real estate industry. His success in finding the perfect solution is getting out in the field with his clients, viewing properties, and simply listening. He knows that given the opportunity and options, his clients always reveal how he can best help them.

Tom's areas of expertise include: Land Sales, Commercial Property Sales, and sourcing 1031 Exchange Properties for people selling highly appreciated property. 1031 Exchange Properties come in a variety of asset classes i.e. Multifamily, Industrial, Office, Retail, etc.

His proactive approach, from procuring listings to bringing parties to the closing table has brought him much success with our clients and company.

Dan Hebert joined Gaughan Companies in 2006. He is responsible for new , which includes real estate , real estate disposition, maintaining existing strategic relationships. His experience have been instrumental in his success with selections, acquisitions, lease sale negotiations, municipal coordination.

He has a Bachelor Arts degree from University Minnesota-Duluth.

Rozeanna Berg joined Gaughan Companies as a     May  2016. She is a focused  driven  professional who thrives on working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. With over 15 years of  experience, working in both   large  settings, she understands  importance  creative problem solving, exceptional customer ,  attention to detail.

Rozeanna received a BA    Wellness from Minnesota State University. She also received an AAS in   from St. Cloud University.

Her curiosity  concern for others have been    lasting relationships  contributing to her overall success.

John Dick joined Gaughan Companies in July of 2017. As a commercial real estate brokerage associate, John works with clients to help define their objectives and make them a reality. He is passionate about assisting others to reach their goals and making their interests a priority.

John studied International Relations at the University of Minnesota and the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. After several years working in marketing and then as an elementary teacher, he was able to fulfill a childhood dream of becoming a career firefighter.

As a firefighter, John has become familiar with building codes and types of construction, which sparked an interest in the commercial real estate industry. Being a firefighter one has to frequently adapt to changing circumstances. With experience in these challenging and dynamic situations, he has developed the important skill of “thinking outside the box.” This skill has transferred well from firefighting into real estate brokerage.
