RLP Diversified, Inc.

RLP Diversified, Inc., is a multi-functional General Construction Contractor specializing in earthwork, excavating, grading, site utilities, demolition, environmental remediation and concrete recycling.  Our demolition services don't just include concrete destruction and structural demolition, we also remove the rubble and excavate and grade the site per specifications.  Being centrally located in Southeastern Wisconsin provides us access to multiple aggregate and dump sites to accommodate our customer's needs.  

In 2000, Andrew P. Keyes began operating under Andy's Excavating, LLC out of Waterford, Wisconsin.  In 2013 Andy decided to incorporate into RLP Diversified, Inc. operating out of Burlington, Wisconsin and currently employs more than 20 people.  Our Diversified group of equipment operators and truck drivers offer over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry.  All RLP Diversified, Inc.'s employees are OSHA and MSHA certified and attend weekly safety meetings to ensure the most up-to-date safety practices are upheld.  We recognize that the only thing more powerful than our equipment, is our employees.  We are always willing to work harder and smarter to make sure we never let our customers down.  Our number one goal is to guarantee the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

RLP Diversified, Inc. owns a range of equipment to get the toughest jobs done.  Our fleet consists of excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, rollers, loaders, crushers, dump trucks, semi trucks and trailers, tractors and more.  If we don't have it on site, we can get it on site.

Although Southeastern Wisconsin is our home, we consider the State of Wisconsin to be our territory.  Intrastate projects are no stranger to us and we believe that it takes team work to build and maintain communities.
