Southerland Industries Inc. was founded in 1994 by Houston general contractor Troy Southerland.

To our many valued future and existing customers,

We began modestly in Houston, Texas as Troy Southerland left the Army after many years of service as an enlisted man and later becoming an Army officer with many distinguished achievements and awards to do Houston remodeling. It is ironic that he spent part of his military career, in the 9th Infantry Division, nicknamed "The Old Reliable"!

Our dedication to our customers is complete! We are honest, open, as well as reliable. Each construction project and buildout is based on the needs of our varying customer base. As budget and scheduling are very important, safety, coordination, reporting, and successful completion are our earmarks.

All building systems, as well as space planning-to-buildouts, are what we do! We specialize in turnkey operations. We have been successful in making you happy by keeping the budgets and timelines tight. Professional conduct by our employees and trades in a clean and systematic fashion, together with technical proficiency, is what we are known for in Texas and all over the United States.
