Mark attended Williamson Trade School from 2002 to 2005 where he received a Associates Degree in Construction Technology. While Mark was at Williamson he maintained a 3.5 GPA and was in the Masonry Shop. After graduating Williamson Mark went to work for Performance Contracting Group (PCG) in Ashburn, VA in June of 2005. While he was at PCG he was an Assistant Project Engineer and was put on the new US Census Bureau Building. He was in charge of everyday duties such as scheduling, change orders, production and many other important duties. In January of 2006 he moved back to the Philadelphia area to work for B. Pietrini and Sons as an Estimator/ Project Manager. While at Pietrini he implemented putting laptops on all job site trailers and taught the superintendents how to email schedules, daily reports, timecards, and how to use bluebeam to mark drawings up. He also Estimated and Project Managed such jobs as Franklin Field Weiss Pavilion, Federal Reserve Bank Receiving building, Boeing Buildings, AI DuPont Hospital, Temple projects along with many others. He assisted Project managing duties at 10 Rittenhouse and The Ritz which were both 15 Million Plus Concrete Projects. Along with Estimating and Project Managing Duties he wrote Primavera schedules along with Auto CAD drawing programming along with many other duties. In 2012 Mark joined Culbertson Restoration as an Estimator/ Project Manager. Since being at Culbertson he has Estimated and Managed such projects as The First Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia, Temple Hospital Window Project, St. Mark's Church, Rutgers Writers House, Merrick Hall at Northern Children Services, Princeton Institute for Technology, Ursuline Academy, and many other projects. Along with everyday estimating and project managing duties.
