Scope Of Work
Perform Stone Facade Restoration at the North and South Clearstory. Work includes removing the faces of the existing stones and provide a new patch. Remove and Repoint the North Clearstory 100% and South Clearstory 40%. Perform complete restoration to the brownstone window surrounds. Replace the Cross and base at the Parish tower. Remove and reset the coping stones at the Parish tower. Tear down 6 courses on chimney and rebuild with new material. Patch and Repoint the lower half of the chimney.
