The team of 10 professionals at CMS-Construction Management Services, Inc. (CMS) has a wealth of experience providing Cost Estimating Services—from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents— for a wide array of governmental projects in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. CMS utilizes the CSI 16-Division Format for new construction, renovation, restoring, and expansion of city and county- owned vertical construction, roads, airport runways/taxiways, cruise ports, school district facilities (K-12), and governmental utilities systems including water treatment plants, water reclamation facilities, lift stations, wastewater distribution facilities, water mains, stormwater control, and sanitary sewer lines.

Established on March 14, 1980, CMS’s projects include over 100 Public Safety Complexes, Police Stations, and Fire Stations as well as a multitude of Airport facilities, City Halls, Courthouses, Parks, Banks, Office Buildings, and Hospitals/Medical Facilities and Emergency Centers. Through the years, CMS has assisted with upgrading the local municipalities to current standards set forth by the federal, state, county, and local governments.
