BigFogg, Inc.

For the past 14 years I have worked in the outdoor cooling/misting climate control business. We three partners I started Cool Zone in the mid 1990s and Big Fogg in 2000. Big Fogg is premier provider of outdoor/industrial cooling and heating solutions.

I have worked in the Merger and Acquiations with 3 years at Geneva Capital Markets as an Evaluation & Marketing/Finance Analyst. Also I have 2 years experience at Alert Holding doing roll ups of business in the Alarm Industry. My first job out of college I worked at divisions of Eli Lilly in San Diego--IVAC.

I have an MBA from San Diego State Unversity with an emphasis in Finance. My thesis was entitled "The Impact of the Canadian National Energy Program".
