Arrow Millwork was started in a Franklin garage by Phil Rainwater in 1976. In the early years, Arrow supplied custom cabinets to a few Milwaukee-area home builders. As the SE Wisconsin home building & remodeling industry grew, so did Arrow. Millwork, trim, doors, box cabinets and custom architectural pieces became part of our product line right along with our well-known custom cabinetry.

In 2010, partners Chris Caskey and Daryl Wendlick purchased the business from Phil when he retired.  Chris and Daryl continue to expand as Arrow now provides cabinetry and millwork to a number of SE Wisconsin commercial developers.

We’re proud to say that many of Arrow’s very first customers from 1976 are still with us today.
