Chris Harvey, Chief Operations Officer, has over 41 years of experience and is responsible for all field operations, including oversight and assignment of superintendents, project engineers, safety coordinators, and craftsmen. Chris ensures that all Loven Contracting projects meet our highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Jesse Breckenridge is Vice President of Loven Contracting and oversees all Preconstruction and Estimating team activities and staff. Jesse has significant preconstruction experience utilizing all project delivery methods and incorporates this in-depth understanding to successfully navigate any preconstruction challenges and to identify opportunities for value engineering and program maximization. As Chief Estimator, Jesse spearheads the incorporation of cutting edge estimating and preconstruction processes and technologies to the benefit of all Loven Contracting clients.

Jon Hansen, PE, is Vice President of Loven Contracting, and oversees the management of all Healthcare Division projects. Jon’s industry experience and engineering background make him an expert resource and leader for healthcare projects requiring specialized construction practices, work in sensitive environments, and development of site-specific safety, ICRA, and project management plans to meet all mandated and Owner-requested protocol and procedures.

Myrna Rodriguez Carter, MD, SHRM-CP, is Loven Contracting’s Director of Human Resources, and oversees recruitment, employee benefits implementation, onboarding, employee engagement, training and performance tracking. For Careers at Loven Contracting

Brett Woods has over 25 years of professional construction management experience and is responsible for all aspects of project management, including communication, accountability, and customer service. Brett has a wide range of experience and expertise, including significant experience working with government agencies and on state and federal lands. In addition to his significant commercial and healthcare sector experience, Brett is responsible for leadership on the award-winning preservation of some of Arizona’s most valuable historic structures.

Kevin Bond has over 23 years of professional construction management experience and is responsible for all aspects of project management, including communication, accountability, and customer service. Known for his ability to build anything anywhere, projects under his leadership have garnered multiple awards, including Best Interior Improvement Award for the Little America Hotel Multi-Phase Remodel.

Jennifer A. Del Giorgio, CPA, has 23 years of professional experience and is responsible for all financial functions of Loven Contracting. These responsibilities include oversight of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost, payroll, cash management, and fixed asset management accounting functions, budgeting, financial statement preparation, as well as coordination with the banking, bonding, and outside CPA firm entities.
