Scope Of Work

In Partnership with Little America Hotels, Loven Contracting performed a 75,223 SF interior and partial exterior renovation on the Flagstaff Little America Hotel. Built in the early 1970’s, this grand hotel has received few modifications over the years and now features a number of drastic changes which includes a modern, contemporary design that reflects all of the Southwest’s most  famous elements including various shades of turquoise textures and natural elements of raw-edge wood and mineral gemstones. Renovated areas include all ballrooms, conference rooms, gift shop, reception lobby, commercial kitchen and Little America’s new Silver Pine Restaurant.
