Scope Of Work
Loven Contracting acted as the Construction Manager at Risk for this 25,000 square foot automotive dealership located at the Flagstaff, AZ AutoPlex. In addition to providing the building construction, Loven Contracting provided the following value added services; Constructability reviews, cost estimating, conceptual scheduling, conceptual pricing, value engineering alternatives, and subcontractor selection. The Project included a 3,500 square foot showroom, 4- bay quick-lube center, a 5,700 square foot / 10-car service center garage and a 240 car parking lot.
