Scope Of Work

Loven Contracting constructed the newly completed Child and Family Services building in partnership with Mohave Mental Health Clinic (MMHC) located in Kingman, Arizona. This facility provides a central facility for numerous branches of MMHC that had been previously disconnected and spread throughout various temporary locations.
Standing two stories, this 16,950 SF facility includes:

Over (40) new office spaces for physicians, nurses, supervisory and consulting staff

One large (1,146 SF) and two smaller (572 SF) conference rooms

A medical resource library

A spacious reception, lobby and child play area that utilizes storefront that optimizes mountain views

A separate-entrance Pharmacy

Indoor and outdoor play/observing areas

Employee break rooms and designated maintenance storage and printing areas
