Scope Of Work

A 15.1 acre County park renovation, the Cataract Lake Park Improvements project included an extensive list of site improvements and construction to allow for increased public utilization of the park space. All existing park amenities including shade structures, ramadas, canopies and bathroom facilities were removed and successfully replaced with new construction, updated fixtures and several lakeside detention basins created to provide flood control and improve drainage. What began as an outdated recreation area became a renewed outdoor space that is now enjoyed by many outdoor recreationalists in Coconino County.
