Safety Program

Apex Maintains one of the lowest incident, accident and occupational illness records in the industry. A consistently high level of safety performance is the results of all personnel from the office to the field. An eye on job hazards and solutions are always addressed. GO HOME SAFE TO YOUR FAMILY

Major successes have included the following areas:

• Obtained increased bonding since 2001, with the limit being $5 million aggregate, enabling Apex Construction to grow rapidly 
• Completed all projects on time, incurring no liquidated damages, within budgets, and to the satisfaction of owners and architects.Many projects had extremely tight deadlines requiring extensive coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, owners and architects

History

Apex Construction and Management Co., Inc. (Apex Construction); incorporated in the State of Ohio, Certified MBE, DBE, CSB, SBE EDGE, and 8(a) was established in 1995. A General Contractor for the institutional, industrial and commercial projects for the private and government sectors; we perform construction work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the project.
