Chuck has been with Erland since its founding in 1977.

He is responsible for Erland’s operations, overseeing Project Business Development and Marketing; he manages the annual strategic business planning process and assesses ongoing performance versus plan.

Dan joined Erland’s field team 20 years ago. Through his strong leadership abilities and commitment to our company’s policies and programs, Dan has been instrumental in enhancing the performance of our field personnel to support our mission of delivering high quality buildings and customer-focused services.

Eric came to Erland in 2008 to lead our expansion into the Connecticut market. He successfully built our presence in Connecticut from ground zero to a portfolio of complex, $40+ million projects. Eric is based out of the Burlington Office and is responsible for growing our Residential Group that includes the Multi-family Housing, Senior Living and Hospitality markets.

Scott has been with Erland since 2011. He served as Vice President of Project Development before taking on his current role as Academic, Corporate, Commercial (ACC) Group Manager. Scott has been instrumental in growing the ACC Group and continues to meet the evolving needs of these markets with client-satisfaction as the main focus

Steve has a broad background in the construction industry, making him thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of running a project and a company. Since joining Erland in 1986, Steve’s responsibilities have included estimating, purchasing, project management, marketing, contract negotiation, financial management, and administration. He advanced to the position of Treasurer in 1991, and was promoted to President in 1997.
