Precast Concrete Scuppers are a cost effective product that allows water to exit from parapet walls on roofs as well as many other structures.

Steel or galvanized frames are used in our scuppers for reinforcement. Monofilament microfiber concrete additive is used in our concrete mix for increased strength.

We produce standard sizes and have manufactured customized scujppers that h ave ranged in size from 8" to 18 feet.

Precast Concrete Louver Vent blocks provide not only beauty but practical protection while allowing light and air into the functional space.

The two-piece vent block [vent & screen] can also be used for cross ventilation in garages, foundations and range hoods.  Foundation vents and exterior vents are your first line of defence against the moisture that can wreck havock underneath a home. The best way to combat this moisture is to install top-quality foundation vents that allow trapped moisture to exit and maintain adequate circulation beneath the home or other structure.  The vent blocks are reinforced with a galvanized frame.

Without the protection of proper foundation vents, costly damage from damp rot, and possible termite infestation can occure.  Foundation and exterior vents provide the natural flow of fresh air under structures that keep moisture levels low and diminish the possibility of severe moisture damage. Proper ventilation in a crawlspace circulates fresh air  beneath strucrtures and removes musty moist air.

Decorative Blocks or Panels, a staple on the market for many years, are now making a resurgence. These blocks are often called Decor Blocks, Pattern Blocks, Breeze Blocks or Screen Wall Blocks.

This decorative, yet functional block separates and defines space, creating openness while providing excellent protection from the suns heat and glare while allowing breezes to pass through. Decorative Blocks are often applied in commercial projects for stairwells, walkways and parking garages. The most common color is white cement, however we will work with you to provide the color of your choice

Developers and Architects often use deco blocks in town homes and condos for serparating common patio aread and, in residential homes to beautify a space and provide privacy in the outsdie entertainment area.

Precast Concrete Shower Curbs serve as the border between the floor of the shower pan and the bathroom floor,  They also serve as a base for mounting brackets for the shower door.  They are common elements in custom-made showers, tying into the shower pan itself so everything is completely waterproof and can stand up to continual use and moisture. These shower curbs are easy to install. 

Steel or Fiberbar is used in our shower curbs for reinforcement. Monofilament microfiber concrete addditive is used in our concrete mis for increased strength.

We provide shower curbs in standard sizes and can produce longer or higher shower curbs and will be happy to work with you to meet any customized specifications

Precast Concrete Lintels are used as headers above windows and doorways and large opening such as patios or porches. High Strength Lintels save time and money while providing a better finishing job.

Precast Concrete Splash Blocks [downspout splash guards] are placed under down-spots for controlled drainage of rain water.

Precast Concrete Wall Caps are designed to be placed on top of pillars, columns, posts or even mail boxes. They protect the concrete from weather and corrosion and add beauty to the work.  Wall Caps usually need to be slightly larger than the dimensions of the column/post/pillar to allow overhang. The overhang allows the water to drip off of the edge and protect the wall beneath.
