ICF Constructors, LLC has been owned and operated by Matt Zetlmeisl since 2002.
Matt is an innovator in the ICF industry with experience in all aspects of ICF construction and a strong background in multiple disciplines of residential and commercial contracting.
Having firmly established itself as a leader in the industry, ICF Constructors has maintained strong relationships with customers, vendors and financial institutions. A well capitalized subcontractor brings flexibility and confidence to the project, and ICF Constructors has committed itself to reinvestment and growth. This allows ICF Constructors to offer complete, turnkey services to its customers. Integrity and reputation are of utmost importance at ICF Constructors.
The skilled craftsmen at ICF Constructors are full-time employees with years of ICF experience and over 45 years of experience in general construction. They are well-trained and participate in a fully implemented and OSHA approved safety training program. The crews are trained in the installation of no less than 12 different brands and types of insulated concrete forms and utilize a 20-step checklist prior to concrete placement on all projects.

\r\nWith stay-in-place formwork, Composite TotalJoist combines the benefits of our TotalJoist system with Total-Lewis-Deck and concrete, to create a premium concrete floor system that is stable and feels solid.
\r\nTotalJoist is our patented steel floor joist. Total-Lewis-Deck is a dovetail shaped deck with embossed ribs. It forms a very strong, permanent bond with the concrete poured onto it, and acts as reinforcement for the slab.
\r\nIdeal for mid-rise construction, Composite TotalJoist is great for all support conditions including block, ICF, cold-formed steel, wood and structural steel.

Insulating Concrete Forms are also known as “ICFs” and often referred to as “Insulated Concrete Forms.” ICFs are created by integrating a high-density plastic structural web embedded in two outer layers of Expanded Polystyrene,”EPS”, or Extruded Polystyrene, “XPS” foam. This web provides a support structure for each side of the form and for reinforcing materials. The wall is created by sandwiching concrete between each of these layers. Designed to provide stronger, more comfortable, quiet and highly energy-efficient structures; they are easy to construct and their lifespan is hundreds of years longer compared to regular construction methods.
\r\nInsulating concrete form or insulated concrete form is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete usually made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate for walls, floors, and roofs.
\r\nThese systems are strong and energy efficient. Common applications for this method of construction are low-rise buildings, with property uses ranging from residential to commercial to industrial. Traditional finishes are applied to interior and exterior faces, so the buildings look similar to typical construction, although the walls are usually thicker.
