Scope Of Work
1705 Guadalupe was originally a two-story midblock building erected in 1954. It had been left abandoned for several years and was also damaged by a fire. Left in disrepair, it represented a unique opportunity to be redeveloped. Purchased by an investor group, Noack-Little Architects and Interiors and The Burt Group were selected to transform the building and reposition it for Austin’s robust creative economy.
