Christine Butler is Vice President, a Corporate Officer for Byrom-Davey Inc. She is responsible for corporate administration and managing the headquarters office in San Diego. She oversees accounting, IT, HR, and contract administration.

Dana Henry is project manager at Byrom-Davey, Inc. She handles the day to day project management and administration for the project program. Dana provides design assist, submittals, change management logs, RFI logs, contract administration, billing, and collaborates with superintendents on site.

Dave Jensen is Superintendent at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day operations project program. He oversees subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, apprentices, journeymen, and construction equipment on site. Additionally, he implements construction lay down areas, hauling routes, approach to construction sequencing, and leads safety meetings.

David Reck is Project Manager at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day project management and administration for the project program. David provides design assist, submittals, change management logs, RFI logs, contract administration, billing, and collaborates with superintendents on site.

Eric Jennings Sr. is Vice President and a Corporate Officer for Byrom-Davey Inc. He is responsible for Business Development and Business Administration. He oversees all activities from pre-construction to project closeout.

Gabriel Gilbert is Superintendent at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day operations project program. He oversees subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, apprentices, journeymen, and construction equipment on site. Additionally, he implements construction lay down areas, hauling routes, approach to construction sequencing, and leads safety meetings.

 

John Dunderdale is Superintendent at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day operations project program. He oversees subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, apprentices, journeymen, and construction equipment on site. Additionally, he implements construction lay down areas, hauling routes, approach to construction sequencing, and leads safety meetings.

Julio Diaz is Superintendent at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day operations project program. He oversees subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, apprentices, journeymen, and construction equipment on site. Additionally, he implements construction lay down areas, hauling routes, approach to construction sequencing, and leads safety meetings.

Larry Bivens is project manager at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day project management and administration for the project program. Larry provides design assist, submittals, change management logs, RFI logs, contract administration, billing, and collaborates with superintendents on site.

Marian Scholle is a licensed, professional engineer and project manager at Byrom-Davey, Inc. She handles the day to day project management and administration for the project program. Marian provides civil design, submittals, change management logs, RFI logs, contract administration, billing, and collaborates with superintendents on site.

Mark Deferville is Project Manager at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day project management and administration for the project program. Mark provides design assist, submittals, change management logs, RFI logs, contract administration, billing, and collaborates with superintendents on site.

Paul Pankow is Senior Vice President, a Corporate Officer for Byrom-Davey Inc. He oversees all project managers and superintendents for administration and operations. Paul is responsible for the delivery of the project program per contract and client’s expectations. He insures that the project manager and superintendent staff has continued education, certification, and communication with all trade, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Raul Gilbert Jr is Vice President of Operations for Byrom-Davey, Inc. He is responsible for general superintendent activities on the project program. He oversees the job performance of all superintendents on site. Raul specializes in site improvements, construction activity, implementation and ensures that all construction task and activities meet the schedule and budget.

Sal Rodriguez Jr. is Superintendent at Byrom-Davey, Inc. He handles the day to day operations project program. He oversees subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, apprentices, journeymen, and construction equipment on site. Additionally, he implements construction lay down areas, hauling routes, approach to construction sequencing, and leads safety meetings.

 

Steve Davey, our president and owner of Byrom-Davey, Inc. oversees all aspects within the corporation. Steve has over 35 years in the construction business industry; he graduated from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Integrity, honesty and hard work tells the story about Steve and anyone who gets to know him will realize that when dealing with him they will get nothing but the best effort. Chris Harris is Business Development Associate for Byrom-Davey, Inc. He is responsible for assisting VP for all business development activities. Chris participates in pre-construction, bid proposals, fee proposals, RFQ/P’s for new work. Additionally, he develops and maintains marketing databases, website, client outreach, and social media.

Bridget Nelson is a staff accountant for Byrom-Davey, Inc. She is responsible for the invoicing and billing of the project program. Bridget handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and provides month-end and year-end closings.

Gabriel is responsible for providing general and specialized administrative support to the Construction Operations and assisting with the tracking of related activities for projects to support building program.

Gabriel performs a broad variety of administrative tasks, including attending pre-bids, responding to calls and requests for information.

Kelly Parham is Contract Administrator for Byrom-Davey Inc. She is responsible for the cataloging and indexing for project programming, bid assistance, pre-bid coordination, bid results, contract placement for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Molly Ho is Payroll Administrator for Byrom-Davey, Inc. She is responsible for maintaining the payroll weekly, certify payroll, labor compliance, and labor law implementation. She is responsible for and working with maintaining local union requirements and participation.

Pamella Chase is Construction Administrator for Byrom-Davey, Inc. She is responsible for purchasing all materials on site, accounts payable for field employees, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and equipment. Additionally, she is the union liaison that maintains journeymen, apprentices, and labor requirements.

Theresa Davey is Out-of-Town Travel Coordinator for Byrom-Davey, Inc. She is responsible for providing accommodations for all employees working abroad at sites for the project program. She ensures that our firm get the best pricing for accommodations, location for local area participation to keep a nominal cost for subsistence.

Thomas is responsible for providing general and specialized administrative support to the Construction Operations and assisting with the tracking of related activities for projects to support building program.
