Jim Walters Construction Co., Inc.

Jim Walters Construction Co., Inc. was organized in 1975 and Incorporated in June, 1979. Our main emphasis has been Housing projects, Nursing Homes, Independent and Skilled Healthcare facilities, Group Homes, and New and Renovated office work, etc. We have also been involved in numerous School and Early Childhood Learning Centers, and churches. The work completed has been split between new construction and the renovation of existing facilities. Much of our work is from referrals as we have an excellent rapport with numerous architects, owners, and construction funding agencies such as HUD, and MHDC.

We understand when working in existing offices that many times their work will continue in spite of construction and our staff know how to complete their work in an organized and courteous manner. We have renovated thousands of apartments with replacement of doors, windows, cabinetry, and total bathroom replacements and many times the units are still occupied by the tenants.

Rick Lipira worked for Jim Walters Construction since 1977 and has owned the company since 1990. We take great pride in the fact many of the supervisors, employees, and personnel have been with the company for many, many years. We also take great pride in the fact we have completed numerous projects for owners on a continual basis and they have recommended us to their peers. We are knowledgeable enough to offer suggestions and thoughts, but flexible enough to listen and are never afraid to try new things. We are always up for a challenge and many times make the statement, "if they can draw it, we can build it.”
