For more than a decade, Chris has been instrumental at Jones Development and currently serves in dual capacities as the EVP of Investments and as the Office Manager.  Advising clients on all aspects of real estate including site selection and conception, contract negotiations, financing, construction management and facilitation of sales, Chris has expanded Jones’ development reach, which includes not only industrial developments, but medical office, retail and multi-family residential. 

Chris earned a Masters of Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Kansas.   He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri.

As an enthusiastic thrill seeker, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, rafting, survival adventures or just about anything that connects him with the great outdoors.   Along with his wife, Kathryn, he can often be found exploring the grounds of his farm located in Weston, Missouri.

Kevin, the founding member of Jones Development, directs all phases of the company’s operations.  Kevin has actively worked in the commercial real estate industry for nearly forty years.  Since obtaining his real estate license in 1977, Kevin hasn’t looked back.  By 1985, he developed his first build-to-suit project and in 1994, he established Jones Development, a real estate development company specializing in build-to-suit facilities for national clients.  For the past thirty years, he has built this company, which has amassed nearly 15,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial real estate with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.    Kevin provides the fundamental direction and support needed for the continued growth of Jones Development while assuming total responsibility for each project, which involves him in all phases of the planning from inception to completion.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a member as well as Past President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a licensed real estate broker in both the States of Kansas and Missouri.   In 2013, Kevin was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Magazine’s Hall of Fame.  

Outside of Jones Development, Kevin has served on the board of many civic organizations within the greater Kansas City metropolitan area including the American Royal, KC Friends of the Zoo and Greater Kansas City American Red Cross among many others.   Along with his wife, Nancy, Kevin enjoys hosting get-togethers with family and friends and creating memorable experiences for his children and grandchildren.
 

Nick has been actively involved in commercial real estate for over fifteen years.   Nick is responsible for leading the growth of the development and project teams with a client-focused, collaborative team approach.  Nick directs all phases of the company’s project development platform including site selection, due diligence, feasibility, acquisition, construction, lease negotiation, financing and disposition of assets.  Additionally, Nick is responsible for debt and equity relationships with individuals and institutions, as well as establishing and maintaining strong alliances with real estate professionals in pursuit of build-to-suit opportunities and development opportunities throughout the United States.  Over his career, Nick has been involved the acquisition, development and sale of nearly eleven million square feet with a value exceeding $1 billion.  

Nick earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Communication Studies with a Business Emphasis from the University of Kansas.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Kansas.  In 2009, Nick received the “20 in Their Twenties” award from Ingram’s magazine.

Nick and his wife, Kate have three children, who keep them busy with their many interests.  Nick enjoys traveling, golf, time with his family and is avid Royals, Chiefs and Jayhawks fan!
