Tom Hatton's Bio
Tom has 30 years of leadership experience in the design and installation management of radon and vapor intrusion mitigation systems totaling approximately 10,500 combined commercial and residential properties. As Clean Vapor’s CEO and Project Director, he is responsible for providing leadership and direction in a rapidly changing and growing industry. With a background of developing detection equipment and implementing innovative mitigation technology, Tom has contributed to multiple state and national mitigation standards and guidance documents. Tom is a licensed NJDEP Radon Mitigation and Measurement Specialist and NEHA Radon Mitigation Provider. He has authored technical papers and guidance/fact sheets on energy efficient soil gas venting systems for new construction and existing buildings including an October 2012 paper on applying dynamic controls, active remote monitoring, and management of mitigation systems. For the last five years, his focus has been on developing Clean Vapor’s team and delivering precision building diagnostics, plan design and the integration of energy efficient dynamic controls and remote monitoring technology.

Doug Brookes's Bio
Doug is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology - School of Architecture and has been working in the areas of Architecture, Design / Build Construction and Construction Management for over 16 years. Doug’s experiences in all facets of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and pharmaceutical construction in both the private and public sectors, as well as LEED projects, help keep Clean Vapor at the forefront of applied mitigation technology and regulatory compliance. Doug’s role at Clean Vapor is to provide site specific detailed Auto Cad drawings, ensure proper construction applications through site management, as well as, continue the advancement of new construction projects which entails working with architects and engineers.

Marcos has 15 years new construction experience installing aggregate, venting plenums and vapor barrier systems. His focus for the last five years has been on expanding his site management skills relevant to installing mitigation systems in existing buildings. His project enthusiasm, strong suit of construction skills, and attention to detail is appreciated by our clients.
Michael Fatone's Bio
Mike is a seasoned Radon and Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Specialist with a background in residential home construction, materials testing and commercial facilities management. He has over twelve years experience managing the installation of complex residential and commercial radon mitigation projects. His focus on installation quality and customer service has contributed to a strong client base and a solid reputation with homeowners, building mangers and those who facilitate real estate transfers. Mike spent three years working with the New Jersey based Clean Vapor management team and is experienced in all facets of mitigation system installation. He has been the key individual responsible for the mitigation of over 1,500 homes, schools and commercial sites including the Vapor Intrusion Mitigation of the US EPA’s Region II Headquarters in New Jersey.
Paul Kearney's Bio
Paul provides key and pivotal management to our client projects. Serving our clientele requires running concurrent projects in multiple states under a wide variety of conditions. Paul manages ongoing communications and provides assurance that the right personnel with the right equipment and materials are mobilized to the right place at the right time to execute a smooth and efficient installation. Paul also maintains field safety standards, project documentation, start-up and balancing as well as final project inspection and close out.
