Testimonials
We had a major leak in our underground pipe under our driveway. It leaked at about 1000 Gallons of water per day. We got three quotes from various plumbing companies. Among them, there are two quotes considered by us, and Trenchfree, recommended by a neighbor of our community, is one of them. Our final decision was largely to do with the competitive quote, the sincerity and flexibility of their business altitude and the high degree satisfaction during Q&A with the owner of Trenchfree, Juan.
During their work, Trenchfree workers (particularly, Luis) are courteous and always attempt to deliver the best quality of workmanship, which I gave them 100% satisfaction. They minimized disturbance to our landscape and avoid damaging roots of redwood trees as applying their tool in lateral underground digging. Our slope yard also presented challenge and difficulties to their work, but they overcome them all and deliver superb results.
Like the neighbor that recommended this company to us, after using Trenchfree, we recommend this company with the strongest recommendation.
I had a great time yesterday dealing with Ernie VillaLobos about getting my sewer line replaced! Now it seems a little strange considering the subject to talk about a great experience but I must say Ernie is an absolutely great guy.
After carefully explaining his video inspection of my sewer lateral he recommended that I not hire his company to fix it! He told me I could get another five or 10 years of use from the line before paying thousands of dollars to have it replaced.
I find that honesty refreshing and only wish that all the service people I deal with were as straightforward and helpful as Ernie.
I almost never give five stars on Yelp but TrenchFree deserves it. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, I am so glad I learned of TrenchFree and their trenchless plumbing method. We had a broken kitchen drain pipe under our hardwood floors (and under concrete slab!) that would have required a 3-4 day effort, major disruption of the kitchen and hardwood floors using traditional trenched plumbing.
Carlos, the estimator at TrenchFree (smart, thoughtful and polite), thought creatively and said we could reroute the kitchen drain line from our kitchen wall facing the outside to the sewer line (about 35 feet). By using a boring tool and pushing the pipe through the ensuing hole, the plumbers avoided having to dig a trench to do the work. The only holes were just outside the kitchen wall, where they installed a kitchen drain cleanout (the original was inside and inaccessible), and the place where they connected the kitchen line to the sewer line. They installed a new sewer cleanout at the juncture and threaded a pipe liner in the sewer pipe past the point of the old kitchen line. Thus, they "capped" the old kitchen line in two places. I appreciated their perseverance in ensuring that some extra pipes left from our 1999 kitchen remodel were not being used before the final capping.
The result was a one-day job, the lowest estimate of three plumbers, and minimal disruption for the plumbing repair. The crew cleaned up the site before leaving, and our kitchen drain works great (one week later). TrenchFree is highly professional, responsive and has fair pricing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We had a water main break (3 days after SJ Water replaced the meter!! Thanks a lot!), and were referred by Done Right Plumbing (a very class move by them). And that set me up with Ernie Villalobos - he was extremely considerate of your situation (No water), and came by before he went into work. Ernie is such a great guy to talk with during all of this, and was responsive to phone calls when we had questions.
Despite a late start with the actual replacement, his team was able to replace the line and get us water (it is amazing how we that that for granted, until you don't have it) by evening.
I don't plan on needing them to replace the water main (lifetime warranty), but I do highly recommend them if you need one.
These guys are good. We needed to replace our water main after we bought our home. We scheduled them while we were at work and when I came home I first though they did not show up because there was absolutely no dirt around the driveway and the flower beds looked undisturbed. On closer look however, I noticed the new copper pipe peaking out the ground. The connections looked very professional and clean.
I hope to not need them anytime soon again, but if the situation arose, I would call them in a heartbeat.
