Scope Of Work
Eastern Construction & Electric was required to renovate 7,000 SF of existing space and provide a new addition to the church consisting of 26,756 SF. The new addition contained a new gymnasium, new aerobics/fitness room, new cafeteria, kitchen facilities, new parking lot and large retention basins for storm water drainage. Work included general construction, demolition, debris removal, construction of a new addition to the building, all major installation of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire detection, and communications systems.
