Eastern Construction & Electric, Inc.

Eastern Construction & Electric Inc. is a graduated, certified, US Small Business Administration 8(a) minority business which was initially founded as Eastern Electric, Inc.   Eastern has established itself as a proven provider of construction, electrical and mechanical contractor services to a wide range of government clients, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Postal System.   Eastern's service lines include General Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Contracting.

Eastern's home office is located in Wrightstown, New Jersey, approximately one mile from McGuire Air Force Base and Fort Dix, New Jersey.   Effective May 2005, Eastern has been awarded the new Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract.   Eastern operates a SABER field office on McGuire AFB.

Eastern has completed numerous projects on McGuire since its inception in 1991 as a prime contractor as well as a SABER contractor.   Currently, Eastern is working on completion of the current SABER contract which terminates September 05.   The new SABER contract will be active prior to the ending of the previous SABER contract.   Eastern is also working on McGuire AFB for the Corp of Engineers under a Basic Agreement to both design and build or install several projects including Phase IV Electrical Upgrade, Deluge Pump House Renovation, Repair of Well "C" and the Upgrade of the 2200 Area High Temperature Hot Water System to name a few.    Eastern is currently working for the Air Force at Willow Grove Air Station and a Task Order Contract at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.
