Once again your great staff has done a super-job. The latest installment involves a plugged up water cooling system and a bunch of dead pigeons.  Marc Schwartz and Dan Forget completed a difficult /dirty task and got us back on production once again.

Dear Ray,

As you are aware we have had some crazy things going on here at Heritage Church recently.  Between the blown transformer affecting only our building and the roofing replacement issues, we have had an unbelievable need for our servicing partners!  

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being partners that I can call upon with hesitation.  My position here provides me with many I know when I have problem that you, Ed and “our man” Darryl will find the issue, present options and execute the repairs professionally, honestly and with great integrity.  Your ability and willingness to communicate schedules and plans with me has been so refreshing.  I assure you that in my experience with other companies, HVAC and otherwise, few have possessed any combination of those traits let alone all of them at once!
