The re-roof of Cross Creek was completed in 9 working days! It was pretty impressive how well they managed 75 guys on a 22 acre job site. They also did a great job with safety - both for my residents and their employees. I am finishing my second winter and have had ZERO leaks or issues on the main roofs or garages. There are 104 bay windows that prior to being re-roofed, were constant problems. We have had 2 bay windows leak and Grid Iron was out within 24 hours to fix.
