He’s dedicated to client needs and committed to building up employees. While his day to day work involves managing the company in office and in the field, Chris is an outdoorsman at heart. He enjoys developing his faith, his family, community, fishing, and camping.

Bringing 45 years of construction management experience to the company, Dean has done it all. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in everything from the most complex technical issue to labor relations and dispute mitigation, Dean is our guide and source for all things construction. When not grinding it out in the field, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, the Nationals and Redskins, and building strong community relationships.
